**概要：** This organized session aims to discuss the next control theory that reconsiders class of linear/non-linear, deterministic/stochastic, continuous/discrete, and centralized/decentralized control theories and unifies them. Especially, in this session, we discuss what true dynamics needed for the next control theory is in from the view point of basic theory.
